Heather is the Founder and CEO of No More Liddering. Her love of art began at an early age and remains a source of happiness and peace. When making the first 12 foot piece with a group of children and teens, she discovered art not only beautifies spaces, but creates confidence in the hearts and minds making it. When she noticed the millions of hard to recycle plastic pieces flooding her donation bins, she decided to start a non-profit which closes the plastic cap loop. More on the board means less in the world!
"I love art, I love people, and I love the earth. I am forever thankful for the hard work of every volunteer artist and lid collector. I really believe change is possible. Just like the art we make, a lot of small changes can make a huge significant impact."- Heather E.

“I think sustainable art is such a useful tool in getting people to recognize the importance of recycling! It helps people visualize the waste our society creates and can hopefully inspire change.”- Alison S.

“I think sustainable art starts to get people thinking about waste in a whole new light. First about what you can do with it, but also about how much of it there is and being mindful of how much waste you're generating as an individual and how to reduce that as much as possible.”- Luke B.

“Seeing my kids get excited about repurposing things—whether it’s turning an old t-shirt into a tote bag or using bottle caps for an art project—has been especially rewarding. It’s a reminder that sustainability can be fun, hands-on, and a way to bring people together.”- Leslie P.
